DTF TRANSFER DESIGN GUIDELINES

1. Prepare your design at 300 DPI using the template provided, including your individual design or gang sheet designs.
2. We print your design exactly as you send it. We DO NOT fix or edit designs.
3. Make sure your art work are not too overlapping with each other.
4. DO NOT mirror your artwork.
5. Your design must be a PNG file with a transparent background.
6. Do not use transparency effects, as the software may not display them correctly. Please refer to the examples provided for the difference between a good and bad file.
7. Outline all fonts.
8. Convert all strokes to objects.
9. Export your design as a PNG file with a transparent background.
10. Files work best in RGB, CMYK, or Pantone (PMS color library codes only).

IMPORTANT

For the best possible DTF print quality, please make sure your artwork is high resolution, clean, and properly prepared before submitting your order.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESSING DTF TRANSFERS

Recommended Heat Press Settings for DTF Transfers:

1. COTTON
   Temperature: 300–350°F
   Time: 15–20 seconds
   Pressure: Firm
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

2. COTTON-POLY BLEND
   Temperature: 300–350°F
   Time: 15–20 seconds
   Pressure: Firm
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

3. POLYESTER
   Temperature: 285–300°F
   Time: 10–15 seconds
   Pressure: Medium
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

4. NYLON
   Temperature: 265–285°F
   Time: 8–12 seconds
   Pressure: Light–Medium
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

5. SILK
   Temperature: 250–265°F
   Time: 8–10 seconds
   Pressure: Light
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

6. RAYON
   Temperature: 275–290°F
   Time: 10–15 seconds
   Pressure: Light–Medium
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

7. SPANDEX / LYCRA
   Temperature: 265–285°F
   Time: 10–12 seconds
   Pressure: Light
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

8. CANVAS
   Temperature: 310–320°F
   Time: 15–20 seconds
   Pressure: Firm
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

9. DENIM
   Temperature: 315–325°F
   Time: 15–20 seconds
   Pressure: Firm
   Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

10. LEATHER (FAUX)
    Temperature: 250–270°F
    Time: 8–10 seconds
    Pressure: Light–Medium
    Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

11. LEATHER (GENUINE)
    Temperature: 240–260°F
    Time: 8–10 seconds
    Pressure: Light
    Peel: Cold Peel or Hot Peel

NOTE:
Some heat presses may require up to 350°F for cotton or cotton blends to ensure proper bonding. Always test your press settings before large runs.
